Tension & Trauma Release Exercises is a somatic stress regulation technique, created by Dr. David Berceli.
A set of simple stretches invites the body to open, process and reorganize deeply held patterns of tension, stress and trauma and restore wellbeing.
TRE is the body's natural reset button that can't be activated consciously.
